Writer | Journalist | Consultant

I’m a writer, journalist, and consultant living in New Jersey. I’ve been a professional writer, editor, and creative since 2009, starting at New Jersey’s storied Star-Ledger and NJ Advance Media, where I began as a copy editor and left as the director of curation for multiple Advance Media publications. From there, I went on to cover healthcare and medicine.

In 2019, I founded Kid8 Creative Content, a company that caters to creatives, such as writers and artists, as well as entrepreneurs. Kid8 Creative Content provides innovative editorial, storytelling, and content strategies that connect artists and businesses with new and returning supporters. Kid8 Creative Content believes that behind every venture is a great story.

I’m also a competing martial artist, having earned a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There’s professional overlap here, as well. I’m aide-de-camp to my coach, multiple-time world champion black belt Emily Kwok, in her peak performance consulting work. I support Emily as we strive to make exceptional people even better.
